We hope you are delighted with your order. If the garment is not what you were quite expecting or does not fit please e-mail us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, following this period we will be unable to issue a refund/exchange.
Please note we will not refund the cost of postage and packaging for your original order and unfortunately we cannot cover postage costs of items returned to us for a refund/exchange (unless there is a fault with the product).
All items where a refund/exchange has been agreed will need to be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Refunds/exchanges will not be issued if we receive the item outside of this period. If we receive the item(s) outside of the 14 day period and you would then like them back you will be liable for return postage costs.
Please note that all items are tracked and signed for to confirm receipt dates.
We are unable to offer a refund/exchange if your garment has been altered upon your request before delivery. We are also unable to offer a refund/exchange on bespoke size requests.
If the item appears to have been lost or damaged in the post please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All of our items are tracked and we will endeavour to resolve any issues with our postage provider on your behalf.
We will not issue refunds/exchanges for garments that have clearly been worn. We expect that all garments are returned unworn, in the original packaging, with all tags still attached. We expect that the garments are in a clean state, free of smoke and/or perfume smells and in ‘as new’ condition.
We will not issue an exchange or refund if the item has been damaged through washing or dry cleaning. All of our packages include a care leaflet, please refer to this for details on how to care for your garment. You can also read our garment care guidance here.
We reserve the right to refuse returns and exchanges in accordance with the above policy.
